Girls Empowerment Rising To Leadership (R2L) provides girls with opportunities to learn, grow, lead, serve, and build confidence through meaningful experiences, mentorship, and leadership development. Together, we are creating a generation of strong, compassionate, and empowered young women.

At Girls Empowerment Rising To Leadership (R2L), we are committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of young girls by providing opportunities for leadership, personal growth, and community engagement.
Through our programs, girls develop confidence, strengthen communication skills, build positive relationships, participate in community service projects, and discover their ability to lead. Our members are encouraged to set goals, embrace challenges, and become role models within their schools and communities.
From leadership training and public speaking opportunities to family engagement events and youth publishing projects, we strive to create experiences that inspire girls to believe in themselves and their potential.

Mrs. Samantha Pecunia founded Girls Empowerment Rising To Leadership (R2L) with a vision to create a safe, supportive, and empowering space where girls can discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to become future leaders.
As an educator, mentor, and advocate for youth, Mrs. Pecunia is passionate about helping girls find their voice, believe in themselves, and reach their full potential. Through leadership development, community service, educational enrichment, public speaking, family engagement, and youth publishing opportunities, she is committed to preparing girls for success both inside and outside the classroom.
Under her leadership, Girls Empowerment Rising To Leadership has provided meaningful experiences that inspire girls to lead with confidence, serve with compassion, and make a positive impact in their schools and communities.
Mrs. Pecunia believes that every girl has the power to achieve greatness when given the tools, support, encouragement, and opportunities to grow.

Mrs. Jazmin Taylor serves as the Co-Leader of Girls Empowerment Rising To Leadership (R2L). She is dedicated to supporting and encouraging girls as they develop confidence, leadership skills, and positive character.
Mrs. Taylor works alongside our leadership team to help create a welcoming and supportive environment where girls feel valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential. Her positive attitude, encouragement, and commitment to our mission help make Girls Empowerment Rising To Leadership a place where girls can learn, grow, and succeed.
